MEET LUCAS
Lucas Fenwick was born and bred on the Northern Rivers, pursuing a career in the building industry starting as a carpenter's apprentice over 20 years ago. After Lucas completed his apprenticeship, he started his own business in the Byron Shire. This included small carpentry projects, all aspects of house maintenance, landscaping and garden maintenance. In 2018 Lucas completed his Building License whilst undertaking the position of Area Supervisor for Perry Homes. Lucas currently resides in Banora Point with his wife, Holly, and his two children, Summer and Eli, while continually renovating his own house in his downtime.
Lucas understands the fine art of balancing finances and understands the importance of maintaining your day-to-day life while undertaking any extension, renovation project or new build.
MEET HOLLY
Holly Fenwick was born into the world of building and renovating, with both her parents being builders and marrying a builder. Whilst studying and being a marine biologist for the past 10 years, Holly has come back to her first passion of building and renovating since having a family. While you may not meet Holly in person, she is in the background at home making phone calls, emails, scheduling, ordering materials and all other administration. On rare occasions when Holly is child-free, she will be out on site helping Lucas wherever she can.
